Introducing the first-ever BMW X7. A new definition of automotive luxury. The BMW X7 combines the versatile and agile properties expected of a Sports activity Vehicle (SAV) with presence, exclusivity and spaciousness for a combination that you can only find from BMW.
Both the newest and largest model in the BMW X line-up, the X7 uses generous levels of space in its three rows of seats, plus outstanding powertrain options and chassis technology, a luxurious atmosphere and advanced equipment features, to deliver unparalleled experiences for the driver and passengers.
The long, flowing roofline and large windows of the all-new BMW X7 hint at a spacious interior bathed in light. Having rear doors that are longer than the front doors, emphasizes the spaciousness of the SAV's rear compartment and makes it even easier to get in and out of the second and third-row seats.
The BMW laser light intensifies the focused vision. The X design of the headlight with its blue glow distinguishes the BMW laser light of the BMW X7 from the adaptive LED headlights. Clearly structured surfaces and the striking character line rising up to the rear are hallmarks of the brand's new design language.
The interior of the BMW X7 brings a new sensation of space to the luxury segment. Three generous rows of seats (offering space for seven people in total) treat the driver and passengers to a feeling of roominess within the elegantly appointed interior. Clean structures and expansive surfaces give the instrument panel a modern look. A three-panel panoramic sunroof floods the interior with light.
Considerable trim surfaces framed with electroplated accents on the centre console and instrument panel enhance the interior's elegant and exclusive aura.
Drivers of the all-new BMW X7 can adjust the front passenger's seat at the touch of a button allowing for increased legroom or ease of entry/exit for passengers in the second and third row of seats as required. When all six or seven seats are in use, the all-new BMW X7 offers 1376 litres of load capacity. This increases to a maximum 2560 litres when the backrests of the seats in the second and third rows are folded down. The air suspension lowers the car at the touch of a button to make loading easier. The all-new BMW X7 features a two-section split tailgate, both elements of which have electric opening and closing as standard.
The all-new 2019 BMW X7 offers a choice between two updated gasoline engines. The BMW X7 xDrive50i, has an extensively updated 4.4-litre V8 engine. A 3.0 litre inline six-cylinder engine, found in the new BMW X7 xDrive40i completes the model line-up. All engines utilize an eight-speed Steptronic transmission. BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive is also on hand to ensure that power is transferred into secure progress - on or off road.
BMW TwinPowerTurbo technology in both gasoline engines features turbocharging, High Precision Injection, VALVETRONIC fully variable valve timing and Double-VANOS variable camshaft timing.
